Sheri's has traveled the world visiting China, Canada, Peru, Tanzania, South Africa, England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland, Germany, Spain, Austria, New Zealand, Australia, Hungary, Sweden, Norway, Belgium, Denmark, Switzerland, Mexico, Belize, Costa Rica, Turkey, Israel, Egypt, Bahamas, Puerto Rico, many states in the US such as Hawaii, Washington, Florida, New York, Idaho. She speaks some French and Spanish. Visiting the world allows a larger view of the world including problems such as poverty, racism, underdevelopment, water quality, disease, education.

The best science fiction is about people dealing with world issues, social problems and the environment and features the latest science and technology.
